These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the bovandro.com website and the digital services provided by Bovandro S.A.S. Accessing the site implies the full, explicit and informed acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop browsing the site.
1. Purpose
Bovandro provides a technology platform that connects individual investors with Argentine real estate developers through crowdlending contracts. These terms define the rights and duties of users who consult, register or interact with the platform.
2. Legal capacity
Only natural persons over 18 years of age with full contractual capacity under the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, or duly represented legal entities, may operate. Bovandro may request additional documentation to verify identity, source of funds and contractual capacity.
3. Nature of the service
Bovandro is not a financial, banking or stock exchange entity. It acts as a technology platform that facilitates access to private crowdfunding instruments. The decision to invest belongs exclusively to the user, who acknowledges the associated risks.
4. Risks and returns
Published returns are projections based on technical and commercial information reviewed by independent auditors. They do not constitute a guaranteed outcome. Real estate investments may face delays, yield adjustments or, eventually, partial capital losses.
5. Appropriate use of the site
The user agrees to use the site in good faith, without any action that affects its security, integrity or availability. Reverse engineering, unauthorised automated data mining, identity theft or infringement of intellectual property rights are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All contents on the site (the 'Bovandro' brand, logos, texts, images, structure, source code, reports and projections) belong to Bovandro S.A.S. or its licensors. Any total or partial reproduction requires prior written authorisation.
7. Anti-money-laundering measures
Bovandro complies with Law 25.246 and its amendments. It may request additional information, apply know-your-customer (KYC) procedures and report suspicious operations to the Financial Information Unit (UIF) when appropriate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Bovandro shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from investment decisions made by the user. The platform also does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site in cases of force majeure.
9. Changes
Bovandro may amend these terms to reflect regulatory, technological or operational updates. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice through the site and, when applicable, by email.
10. Jurisdiction and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the city of La Plata, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
