At Bovandro S.A.S. ('Bovandro', 'we', 'the platform') we work to make your experience with real estate crowdlending transparent, secure and respectful of your privacy. This document explains how we collect, process and safeguard your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and internationally recognised standards.

We only request the information required to handle your enquiries and evaluate your investor profile: full name, email address and the content of the message you decide to send us. When you browse the site, we may also collect non-identifying technical information (device, browser, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies, provided you have given your consent.
We process your data to: (a) respond to enquiries and schedule informative meetings; (b) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects when you have expressly requested it; (c) measure site performance and improve the user experience; (d) comply with Argentine legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Processing is based on your free, informed and explicit consent, on pre-contractual measures requested by you, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms in Argentina.
Your data may be shared with technology providers, notary offices, auditors and real estate developers strictly within the scope of the services engaged and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to the platform.
We keep your data while an active relationship exists, while it is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, or during the corresponding legal term (for example, tax obligations for ten years). When no longer necessary, data is safely deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to certain processing activities or withdraw your consent when applicable. You can exercise these rights at contacto@bovandro.com. You may also file complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority in Argentina.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls and continuous threat monitoring.
We may update this policy to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes. Any material change will be communicated through a visible notice on the site and, whenever possible, by email.
